The author of the paper submits the article after login on journal website. Authors should not submit to another journal at the same time during the evaluation process.
First, the manuscript is checked by the experts (Clerical Staff) according to the following rules. This process takes 3 days to a week:
1 - Edit the whole article based on the format available on the website.
2 - The abstract must be between 200 to 250 words.
3 - The article should be extended up to at least 8 pages as the JIST Standard for an accepted paper is between 8-12 pages.
4 - Edit the references section in the related field based on the IEEE format. For example:
 K. Author, “Title of chapter in the book,” in Title of His Published Book, xth ed. City of Publisher, Country if not USA: Abbrev. of Publisher, year, ch. x, sec. x, pp. xxx–xxx. ##
5 - JIST policy for reviewing papers is blind reviewing. Therefore, you have to delete the author's name and affiliation in the manuscript and then upload it as .doc(x) and .pdf formats.
6 - Using 4 to 8 Keywords is mandatory. Please use Enter after each keyword.
7- Introduce two referees with a minimum h- index of 5 in Recommended Reviewers Box on website. They should not have studied with the authors of the article at the same university.
8 - Check your manuscript from the plagiarism viewpoints again. The paper would be rejected if the overall similarity with other papers goes above 20 percent.
According to the policy of the publication the papers will also be checked from plagiarism viewpoints using the iThenticate service.
